Dimensions®:
Qualified Facilitator (level I) Qualifying Program
Personality theory/temperament tools translate complex personality
theory into everyday language.These workshops are fun, lively, interactive
and easy to apply to real life situations. Participants emerge with a
new understanding of themselves and a new recognition of our differences
as our strengths and preferences.
Requirements
Qualified Level I Facilitators must complete a minimum of 20 hours of
in-depth training, over and above any introductory programs. The training
is delivered by qualified Level II or III facilitators and involves acquiring
an understanding and appreciation for the history and theoretical background
of the tool, as well as practical facilitation techniques and strategies
for handling problems which may arise in an awareness or application session.
- Students
should anticipate some homework on the first and second day of the workshop.
- Participants
must successfully complete an open book exam on the third day in order
to gain 'Qualified Facilitator' Status.

As a qualified Facilitator you may . . .
- purchase
training and related materials for Career/Life Skills Resources.
- promote
yourself as a Qualified Facilitator (level I) both inside and outside
of your organization.
- organize
and conduct Introductory and Application sessions.
- charge
for your services.
- provide
statistical data on participants to assist in updating Canadian statistical
profiles.
Prerequisites
- Adult/group
facilitation experience
- Attendance
at a Personality Dimensions®, or other
personality temperament/type introductory session.
